Fall Dance Session Begins October 28th
Monday: 3pm (ages 3-4) - Ballet/Tap Level 1
Monday: 4pm - Ballet/Tap Level 2 (must have already taken 12 hours of dance)
Monday: 5pm - (ages 5-8) - Ballet/Tap level 1
Monday 6pm (ALL AGES) Jazz Level 1
These are 6 week sessions for $60 per child. Second sibling is $50. Begins October 28th with a Christmas Program scheduled for December 14th.
STRETCH & TONE - Tuesday & Thursday 10:30-11:30 am
CARDIO & STRENGTH TRAINING - Tuesday & Thursday 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.
Exercise Pass- $30.00/month Residents or $5.00/class,
Sign up for exercise classes at the District office. The office hours are 8 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. closed from 12 - 1 p.m.
Free Yoga Classes: @ 6:30 p.m.

Pickleball: Tuesdays & Thursdays 6:00 pm.
Judo (Begins September 10th @ 6:30 pm)
Judo is a tremendous and dynamic combat sport that demands both physical prowess and great mental discipline. From a standing position, it involves techniques that allow you to lift and throw your opponents onto their backs. On the ground, it includes techniques that allow you to pin your opponents down to the ground, control them, and apply various chokeholds or joint locks until submission.
Where: SSCSD Community Center at 6:30 p.m.
When: Tuesday & Thursday evenings from 6:30 p.m.
Cost: $140.00 per participant and it includes a gi.
