Frequency and timing of checks may vary based on officer availability and workload. This form is not for vacant homes/properties, residence for sale or long-term absences. The Stallion Springs Police Department reserves the right to deny this service.
The Vacation House Check (VHC) service is a voluntary service provided by the Stallion Springs Police Department and does not create a special duty upon the Stallion Springs Community Service District or the Stallion Springs Police Department to guard your property against loss or theft.
Under no circumstances shall the District, its agents, officers, officials, employees and volunteers, be liable to any party or any person or entity for any costs, expenses, liability, loss, damage or injury, in law or equity, to property or persons, arising out of or incident to the performance/nonperformance of the vacation home check services.
Staff will not handle packages, mail, or newspapers delivered or left at residences during vacation checks.
Your information will be kept confidential, however, all emails, including those sent anonymously, can be traced back to their original senders.
