FOR POLICE, FIRE OR MEDICAL EMERGENCIES DIAL 911 (FOR POLICE NON-EMERGENCY DIAL 661-861-3110)
For your protection of all residents and guests of the District, you are encouraged to do the following in regards to police issues:
For non-emergency police matters contact Kern County Sheriff’s Dispatch at 661-861-3110. Advise the operator that you live in Stallion Springs and would like an officer to respond or contact you.
In the event that you have an emergency, dial 9-1-1 and advised the operator that you are in need of medical, fire or police services. The operator will then see that the proper emergency procedures are put in place. Please only use 9-1-1 when an immediate action is required.
The Stallion Springs Community Services District staff are not trained or equipped to take your calls and are not available after hours. The District staff will NOT handle police related calls for service. *DO NOT call SS PD cell phones, or the CSD, as your call will not be logged in at Dispatch!*
You may make an appointment with an officer by contacting the District office at 661-822-3268 during normal business hours and speaking to the front office staff. They will then obtain your name and a message and will forward it to an officer. An officer will then contact you at their convenience. If you have not heard back from an officer in a reasonable amount of time, please feel free to contact the office again.
Please keep this information in a visible place close to your phone, or add it directly to your cellphone’s list of contacts.
