Fines & Penalties will be addressed. We have linked two drafts of the proposed CC&Rs that a committee has been working on for two years. The cleaner draft was codified by a volunteer and is in a much "cleaner" order. The other draft has proposed violations and subsequent fines. The attorney for the District has already stated that these will need to be adjusted. Keep in mind that the process, should it proceed, would involve the Board reviewing the CC&Rs, directing the General Manager to obtain legal approval of the draft, a notice for a public hearing for residents in the community to comment on the draft and the final draft copy being mailed along with a ballot to all improved property owners in Stallion Springs.
